Who needs meat when you can eat like this? Here are a few recipes to get you started on your vegetarian journey - just click on each image for the recipe. Remember - do not overcook the meat substitutes! They are already fully cooked and can be eaten as is. The only reason I cook them is to alter the texture and to add my own flavors and spices. You do not need to cook them they way you would cook meat - there is no blood and no bacteria to kill! This is the beauty of vegetarian cooking - great tasting, more healthful meals in half the time!
